Lead - Sales - US IT Services

1. Overall 10+ years of experience majority experience should be from IT Services organizations

2. 5+ Years experience in Sales Lead / Manager (US Sales Experience)

3. Ability to Prepare & Deliver customer facing presentations.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

5. Ability to perform hands-on work and coordinate demos and POC's

6. Has broad knowledge of the Ecommerce & Cloud solutions

7. Candidates should be from Technology / Delivery background.

8. Ready to work in US Shift ( 5 PM - 2 AM IST ) Currently should be in Night shift.

9. Should not have been exclusively employed by a product company for the past five years

10. We are specifically seeking candidates with a pure hunting profile and not those primarily focused on account management.

11. Travel Experience: Candidates must have traveled to the US for business purposes, including but not limited to deal closures and discussions with customers

12. Purpose of Travel: The travel should have been for the purpose of engaging in business activities such as deal closures, client meetings, negotiations, or other relevant discussions.

13. Understanding of US Business Environment: Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with the business environment in the US and possess the ability to navigate and conduct business effectively in this setting.
