Location: Head Office, Mumbai
Designation: Lead - Training (Sales and Functional)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal and external partners on training needs and drive training requirements
- Manage training delivery & execution of training projects & programs
- Evaluate training needs at regular intervals
- Plan/design/execute the training calendar
- Publish all training reports to respective stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders for ILT / OLT programs
- Coordinate with vendors for training/program requirements
- Evaluate and execute content requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
- 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of training experience with a general insurance company
- Should have managed mid to large scale training projects
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA full time preferred)
