We are in search of a dynamic UHNI Sales Specialist with a flair for thinking outside the conventional, someone who understands the intricacies of dealing with UHNIs and has a proven track record of handling super luxury products or services. This role demands not just a salesperson, but a strategic thinker capable of attracting and engaging UHNIs with our unparalleled super luxury offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, understanding their discerning preferences and aspirations.
- Tailor sales approaches to resonate with the unique expectations of UHNIs.
- Devise out-of-the-box strategies to capture the attention of UHNIs and differentiate our super luxury project
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement cutting-edge campaigns targeting UHNIs.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the super luxury market
- Set and surpass ambitious sales targets within the UHNI segment.
- Employ sophisticated negotiation skills to successfully close deals with UHNIs.
- Provide personalized and professional guidance throughout the sales process.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a good institute with 10-15 years of proven track record in UHNI dealings
- Experience in handling super luxury products or services is essential.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate in attracting UHNIs.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
