Lead - Sales & Service Transformation - CRM
- Lead and drive the Sales and Service Transformation team by leveraging your experience, to deliver on our services
- You will be required to analyse, advise, design and implement the Customer Solutions focused on either Salesforce or MS platforms keeping in mind our positioning - delivering memorable customer experiences.
- You will have to work closely with internal teams on projects and deliverables.
- Based on your proclivities, you will be trained from a Functional Lead to be a Solutions architect, Business Consulting and Thought Leader and in other functions of our team's capabilities.
Desired Profile Requirements:
You are a good fit for this role if you have 12+ Years of experience in the following:
- Experience in designing and implementing CRM Solutions (SFDC or MS) as a Lead Consultant. Certification in CRM tool is a must.
- Knowledge of Customer transformation with focus on business processes; integration , data and application architecture; pre-sales; KPIs definition; Business Case; Technology consulting and Change.
- Skill to Align Sales Solutions with Marketing and Services Processes so as to tell an end to end story.
- Business Processes ( 1 or more ) - Order to Cash, Configure Price Quote, Revenue Management Solutions or Contact Center Solutions.
- Industry (1 or more ) - Banking and Insurance , Energy and Utilities ,Consumer Goods or Manufacturing.
- Experience in designing and implementing CRM Solutions (
SFDC
or
MS
) as a Lead Consultant is a must.
- Certification in CRM tool is a must
