Sales Lead
Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Surveysensum's market presence.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Traveling to pan India and meet people.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in achieving overall company objectives.

Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5-10 years in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
