Lead-Sales with a NBFC at Mumbai
Job Description :
Program Development :
- Identify business opportunities within ABG businesses and work with those businesses and product team to create product and business proposition
- Work with internal teams to get the proposition or product developed/customized to meet requirements of end customers
Go to Market :
- Define product, pricing, distribution and promotion plan for GTM of every business opportunity
- Define and implement sales fulfilment processes/channel for customer acquisition and execute the same
- Gaining wallet share
Business Growth Targets & Portfolio Control :
Ensuring targets are met for : Number of sourcing programs, number of customers acquired through sourcing streams
- Ensuring incremental lending book at optimized cost
- Monitor performance of different sourcing channels to ensure quality customer intake
- Put adequate controls and monitoring mechanism in place to ensure healthy book quality
Team Development :
- Responsible for overseeing execution of sourcing programs by Business Development Managers
- Ensuring all round development of the team
