Lead - Sales & Marketing

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop the marketing strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives.

2. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

3. Finding and developing new markets and generating leads for business development.

4. Strong communication and partnership skills. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements.

5. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

7. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Educational Qualification:

1. Post graduate (Science / MBA)

2. Experience in selling IT solutions / pharma products added advantage
