Opening with one of the FMCG company Role- Lead Sales Development Summary of Role : A key anchor in business and driver of all sales enablers like Route to Market efficiencies, Sales effectiveness metrics like Productivity, Assortment compliance etc.. . He is also the process champion for all Sales IT enabling which influences sales productivity. The position is a key enabler to a growing business where efficiency and effectiveness are the two pillars of growth. Key Result Areas 1. Sales Efficiency: a. Drive efficiency across parameters for sellers and Sales Executives b. Key Metrics to deliver are Overall ECO Scale up, ECO/Seller, Bills / Seller, NPD ECO, Assortment score compliance . c. Will be the custodian of all incentive programs and short term interventions to generate strategic and tactical results in line with organizational strategy d. Develop effective communication tools for feet on street 2. Sales Effectiveness : a. Ensure cost of Operations at DBs remain within permissible limits b. Monitor and track possible de-railers and disruptions in Top Markets which can potentially disrupt the sales effectiveness and efficiency c. Manage Seller and Delivery Units effectiveness which impacts Subsidy payout to DBs 3. Sales IT : a. Evaluate and upgrade Distributor management system to keep it contemporary at all times b. Develop and deploy on the go modules for order taking, performance tracking and sell out enhancement. c. Work closely with finance and IT along with the DMS solution provider to bring all communication and compliance related to business partners and trade on DMS Internal &amp; External Linkages: a. Reporting Manager: Trade Marketing Head b. Direct Reports: None; Individual contributor role c. Internal Stakeholders: VP Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Heads, Trade Marketing Manager, Lead - Market &amp; Capability Development, IT and Finance d. External Stakeholders: Distribution Partners, Third Party Payroll Vendors, DMS Vendors
