RPA Lead  Purpose of the role :   - Reporting to the Global Head Robotics & Digital COE, the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Lead is responsible for helping client organizations solve their strategic business objectives through technology-led transformation thinking. The resource is also responsible for setting the vision of the function and championing for the use of data in making key business decisions.  - As the RPA Lead, you will establish and sustain the environment for development to exist and succeed.   - The resource will build and implement automation roadmaps for clients, along with robust project and program management. The resource will drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and improve the efficiency of the development in the company globally.   Roles & Responsibilities :   Strategic :  - Manage multiple RPA deliveries across the organization  - Support Sales & other teams to articulate RPA proposition and help position it appropriately  - Evaluate RPA platforms and continuously upgrade RPA delivery capability  - Reengineer processes to increase RPA penetration  - Responsible for RPA suite development to include wider capabilities that will help improve RPA penetration  - Develop RPA CEOs and multi-geography delivery capability  - Drive change management  - Manage partners eco-system  - Adept to leading- RPA- platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path etc. and build a strong domain.  - Manage account/capability through end to end delivery of an Automation Program  - Define Robotics Strategy, Build Governance and Enterprise- RPA- model and deliver automation efficiency to clientele  - Ensures alignment of the right- RPA- technology with existing architecture and security standards to ensure technology compatibility & efficiency  - Identifies, assesses and proposes high potential- RPA opportunities & prioritization  RPA- vendor management including the creation of a suitable governance and support model with the vendor(s)  Operational :  - Managing 3rd party development partners and working closely with offshore development teams  - Ensure appropriate and effective communication flow among internal and external stakeholders  - Definition and governance of standards/policies and best practices.  - Institutionalize best in class quality framework to deliver enhanced customer delight  - Develop performance measures that support company's strategic direction  - Enable to build a value-based organizational culture with increased levels of employee engagement  - Provide leadership and direction to management teams to ensure the effectiveness of teams.  - Build and develop a world-class RPA team and provide daily leadership and guidance to meet team objectives  - Maintain staff compliance with Company and HR policies and procedures  KPI's :  - Revenue growth  - Profitability  - Customer Satisfaction  - Employee Engagement and Talent Development  - Business Transformation
