Job Title - Lead - RM Analytics

The Purpose of This Role -

Providing analytical and consulting support using standard and cutting-edge techniques (Data analytics, Exploratory Analysis and Secondary Research)

- Working closely with business partners to understand business requirements and convert the same into a data-related questions and answer the same, analytically

- Building a reputation with partners as a person who can provide solutions to business problems

- Independently conducting data analyses with minimal supervision

- Applying data analytics to solve business problems in the areas of predictive modeling, RM Analytics, and statistical modeling

- Learning the business and using the acquired knowledge to provide insights using Data Modeling, Visualization and Data/Text mining techniques

- Focusing on innovation, and operating independently in an environment strongly engaged in creating impact for the business

- Communicating and presenting the analysis/key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Recommending an action plan for the business and RM business partners

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

- Experience in Data, having a flair for Quantitative Analysis with software tools, such as SAS/R/Python

- Ability to understand business problems and design advanced statistical and analytical solutions independently

- Experience in data visualization using Tableau or any other visualization tool.

- Ability to provide insights and recommendations using strong analytical skills; striving to convince key company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions

- Exhibiting high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior to influence changes

- Data processing: Perform complex data processing (e.g., merging, sorting, data transformations) using SAS/R/Python

- Knowledgeable and experienced in applying statistics, data modeling and analytics techniques in a professional context

- Ability to solve problems using ML techniques

- Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest and SVM

- Knowledge of advanced ML models including Neural Networks would be advantageous

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Skills that will be an added advantage for this role

- Experience with techniques such as Data Science/Machine Learning

- Deep Learning knowledge using R/Python

- Experience in Cloud Technologies such as AWS and Snowflake

The Expertise We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of relevant experience with an organization known for its cutting edge/ best-in-class applicability of advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques

- Master's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics)

- Relevant work experience in Data Analytics and data handling

- Proven experience in independently handling various kinds of analytics projects, client servicing, data interpretation & insights generation Location : Chennai Shift timings: Regular Day shift
