Key Accountabilities: Define the Fraud Risk Framework for the organization and Implement across all departments and functions. Define the fraud Surveillance scenarios and work with IT to implement the same through automation or manual exception reports. Work with the Risk & Compliance function to complete the reporting activities required by the regulators and internal stake holders. Monitor the events and losses, escalate, report and work with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions. Manage the Risk and Governance for the Organisation by working with key stake holders within and outside the risk function. Attend and where required, prepare the material for committees and submit them on time. Work time to time with business and risk stake holders to identify scenarios to monitor deviations to laid down standards. Manage the investigations centrally to facilitate monitoring and reporting. Manage the vendors involved in investigations and ensure that cases are managed effectively and efficiently. Manage external certifications and conduct RCSA annually. Act as the single point of contact for all Risk policies and standards. KPIs: - Define and implement the fraud monitoring and surveillance framework. - Work with technology to implement the Fraud Surveillance process by March 2022 - Define and monitor losses and events to appropriate stakeholders timely and accurately. - Take complete accountability of investigations and ensure they are managed effectively and efficiently. - Conduct frequent reviews with Vendors to identify overdue cases and escalate for resolution if required. - Take complete ownership to prepare accurate material for committees. - Design and implement Fraud and Overall Risk Management Dashboard. - Participate in the RCSA activity annually and coordinate for successful external certifications. - Define and publish key risk management policies time to time. Technical Expertise: - At least 10 years of experience in the Insurance and /or Risk domain. - Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - 1st hand experience in setting up and successfully manage a fraud monitoring team. - Have clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Operations, Finance, Investments and Technology. - Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Should be able to Prioritise and manage Multiple Portfolios - Should be able to manage teams and share workload of the team, when required.
