Responsibility Type Description Duties and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job):
- Develop/ refine risk policies, risk governance & reporting system for Credit Cards products as part of AOP & ensure adherence to prevent any kind of risks
- Ensure operationalization of risk framework & strategies through technology & workflow integration. Portfolio & risk assessment
- Review portfolio on periodic basis across various risk metrices, maintain portfolio quality by managing loss rates, conducting loss analysis, & work closely with functional teams, RCU, Collections & Business teams
4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job):
- Optimize and balance risk with sustainable and profitable growth
- Data analysis to convert Information to Insight to Impact
- Constant awareness of external credit environments and ability to assess when and how to act
- Ability to Predict losses and delinquency with reasonable accuracy
