Roles and Responsibilities : - Implement the organization's Compensation and Benefit programmes to meet Organisation - India's objective with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Programmes/activities include employee compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plans; employee benefits; share plans; performance management process; salary revision process etc. - Liaise with the Global Rewards team and country HR teams to ensure all global processes are deployed effectively as per timeline. - Responsible for driving and maintaining compensation data quality on share, working closely with HRBPs. - Partner with business to review and maintain competitive compensation and benefit programs to attract, retain and motivate employees - Participate in the external benchmarking surveys for compensation and benefits. - Deploy and monitor the performance management process. Support HRBPs with appropriate communication and materials for smooth deployment. - Support the annual ASR & STI cycle by providing the guidelines, preparing the rewards merit-matrix, templates for ASR and STI calculation. - Monitor the Global Rewards policy implementation in India - Custodian of HR C&B policies for India - Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and managing MIS. - Work closely with payroll team to ensure all Rewards related inputs are advised in a timely and accurate manner
