Lead - Reward - FMCG/Manufacturing/Telecom/Consulting - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD (8-10 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a Lead - Reward for a Large and diversified conglomerate, based in Mumbai.
Post Grad in HR ( 2 Years full time residential ) from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD with 8-10 years of work experience in HR of which at least 4-5 years in Reward / C&B space as COE in a large
FMCG/Manufacturing/Telecom/Consulting is mandatory.
The Job -
- Manage and implement the annual pay review process accurately and effectively.
- Participate in pay and benefits surveys.
- Ensure support is provided in terms of Job Evaluation, Executive compensation, Expatriate Compensation, salary structuring, retirement plans, salary administration and incentives.
- Ensure all HR policy and benefits changes are communicated.
- Liaise with managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the Organizations' current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the Organization's reward strategy.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants.
- Oversee Compensation Calculations
- Setting up appropriate monitoring and reporting to ensure that performance is tracked and measured appropriately
