Position - Lead - Credit Risk Quality Assurance
Function - Retail Credit
Location - BKC Mumbai or Thane
Job Purpose :
The primary responsibility of the unit and the individual is to Improvise & apply controls in process and policy. Post approval review mechanism of Vendor processes, digitized processes is to be conducted on monthly basis and publish reports to all stakeholders with findings related to system and process loopholes . The unit/individual is also responsible for reporting and suggesting appropriate measures to curtail errors in the system and process
Roles & Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities :
1. Measure and monitor Hindsighting error metrices - With the view of improving efficiency in Underwriting Journey & bringing down the error %. Has prior experience of digital product development life cycle
2.Led cross functional squad to reimagine the customer journey-own creation & revision of journey roadmap which includes baselining of processes, key metrices, benchmarking with industry /competitors. The team also supports business analyst on business /product aspects to develop user stories, conduct UAT & BRD preparation
Secondary Responsibilities :
1. Drive stakeholder management on meeting targeted deliverables, project implementation etc.
2. Responsible for processes adherences from audit & compliance perspective.
Managerial Responsibilities :
The candidate must have experience of managing team size of minimum 5 to 10 resources, Keep the team engaged in all new project implementation and delegate work basis team members strength
