Lead Research Consultant  One of the leading global management consulting, research and analytics firm is scouting for a Lead Research consultant with a strong expertise in BFSI / Fintech industry.  You will be responsible for preparing a research proposal and research plans in consultation with clients.  Driving complete ownership for research projects across the firm from networking & idea generation, business buy-in, scoping and coaching team members.  To develop deep industry knowledge by executing hypothesis driven research projects, liaison with subject matter experts and database providers.  Analyzing business processes, conducting benchmarking study/trend analysis and using various business tools to assist the critical decision-making process.  Undertaking consulting activities on industry/economy behavior and forecasting trends in the future.  Provide support to client's tactical & strategic needs; helping them take better decisions.  Drafting project proposals, work plan, & deliverable plan for the client.  Investigating and understanding key industry issues behind the numbers and provide clear, concise and timely analysis and recommendations.  Manage and report to multiple stakeholders across all major countries in Europe and Middle-East.
