Recruitment Lead India (Office Location- Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Be responsible for influencing, implementing and driving cutting edge recruiting strategies

- Provide full life-cycle recruiting to fill Tech positions and senior Leadership positions within specified timelines.

- Follow and constantly monitor the market to ensure that the recruitment practices and SOPs for comply with market best practices.

- Build strong collaborative relationships with Department Heads by advising on job design, job descriptions (Terms of References TORs), job classification, and providing timely and high quality support throughout the process.

- Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve candidate experience through a user-friendly application experience and through keeping the shortlisted candidates informed and engaged during and after the application process.

- Analyze recruitment channels and strategically use channels to reduce Time to Hire and Time to Fulfill for all Geos

- Build Dashboards based on recruitment data to take data based decisions and track KPIs for presenting to Senior Management/relevant stakeholders.

- Responsible for forecasting demand for various roles based on historic data and building an advance pipeline by keeping cost for hiring to optimum levels.

- Accountable for key metrics related to efficiency (speed, throughput, cost, process compliance) and effectiveness (quality of hire over time, source effectiveness, candidate drop-out rates, etc.).

- Revamp Career Page, LinkedIn Career Postings and leverage social media team to create a good employer persona.

- Responsible for setting practices within the recruitment team for screening resumes to provide relevant resumes for next level interviews.

- Talent Management

- Devise methods to build recruitment capacity for hiring managers and recruiters.

- Analyze recruitment-related data such as recruitment speed/quality, satisfaction with recruitment/onboarding process, exit/stay interview feedback, retention and turnover analytics and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for the purpose of improving talent acquisition and talent management within the organization.

- Ensure that Tech's Recruitment practices reflect our diversity, inclusion, and required compliance to certain laws. Safeguarding guidelines, and background Checks approaches.

- Keep track of all daily team activities through ATS/dashboards. Oversee and be responsible for creation of candidate database for future hiring needs.

Role Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, International Development or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience from a reputed college or university.

- Ability to lead and build collaborative teams, develop people, and align their development with high-priority business objectives.

- Successful track record in filling difficult positions with stringent requirements with high quality hiring manager and applicant satisfaction.

- Demonstrated success with client engagement, relationship building and providing quality service with a great team
