We are looking for Recruitment Lead - GTM market:

Location - Pune

US Shift - 6:30 PM TO 3:30 PM

5 Days Working

Experience :

- Minimum 8 Years of experience in Leadership Sales Hiring for US Market

Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements for Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Team.

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit.

- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
