Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on Product Manager, Product Analyst and Technical Program Manager roles
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through extensive research on internet in various job portals, ad posting, screening on professional networking sites and referencing.
- Responsible for identifying new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Responsible for managing complete recruitment cycle starting from Pre - screening the applications, conducting telephonic interviews, salary negotiations and following up with the offered candidates till the time they join the organization.
- Maintaining and updating an active database of the candidates.
