Lead - Recruitment Operations - Financial Services

Reporting into the Head HR Operations, you will be responsible for :

- Lead the recruitment operations efforts

- Liaise between business and the ATS Partner for any changes required

- Support any project, integration etc. with the system as required

- Need someone who has been involved in training of the system from time to time

- Be able to take reports of the system and publish them with in depth analysis for taking informed decisions

This is a individual contributor role, of course working with other global team members as required
