Lead - Recruitment - IT/BPO

This role is for a large IT MNC based out of Gurgaon. Apply only if you have bulk hiring experience and led a team of high performing recruiters and managed diverse hiring managers.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Engage with Hiring Managers in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing initiatives in sourcing, assessment and other areas to drive large scale volume hiring in business process outsourcing revenue model

- Stakeholder management: Key point of contact to hiring mangers, represent market insights to stake holders and play a consultative role from talent market perspective

- Process improvement: Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency

- Identify sustainable talent pool, innovate untapped resource pool, lead efforts to attract competition talent. Effectively use social media to engage with talent pool

- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience and supervise recruiting personnel

- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events

- Develop and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting analytically-driven practices to optimize performance. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

To apply you need to have:

- Proven experience in end to end talent acquisition in large BPO / Business Services companies

- Graduate in any discipline + MBA (preferred)

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- Demonstrated abilities in building a strong recruitment channel partnership with talent hiring firms

- Proficient in the use of social media and all the leading job portals

- Flexibility in supporting the coordination of hiring activities for stakeholders spread across NCR for broad range of skill-sets
