Lead - Recruitment - IT

Our client is one of mid-sized fast-growing IT products and services company with offices in the world is looking for a hands-on recruitment professional for their India office. Our client has offices in California, UK, Canada & India.

The position, in brief, is as follows:

Position Title: Lead - Recruitment- India

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business heads to understand and learn about requirements.

- Create a roadmap to fulfill the mandates on time.

- Provide strategic and tactical support, mentoring, and guidance to the team.

- Support and create a good employer brand initiative.

- Manage processes on a complete hiring life cycle.

- Ontime, accurate and proactive report to the leadership team in India.

Personal Specifications:

1. Postgraduate from an institution of repute.

2. Should possess and exhibit a high level of collaborative, communication, and leadership skills.

3. Exhibit high level of Resilience

4. Should have managed large teams and a large volume of hiring on varied technology skills.

5. Very high integrity is mandatory

CTC:

The CTC band for this role is from 18 to 22 lacs per annum.
