Responsibilities

- Manage and own one /two practice areas on behalf of the company

- Establishing Altor's leadership in the executive search market in your practice area.

- Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions.

- Consult clients on their businesses through industry analysis.

- Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)

- Maintaining end to end relationship with all the stakeholders (CEOs, Business Heads, HR Heads) of client organizations

- Manage key stakeholders in client companies and ensure regular business flow from the client organizations

- Work closely with partners on new client acquisition

- Managing a team of Analysts and Consultants to ensure high quality execution and timely delivery of client mandates.

- Helping the team on formulating the search strategy and assessment of candidates.

- Work independently on leadership hiring mandates of the clients

- Knowledge development and management of the team

- Develop and evolve the systems and processes of the organization
