Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment needs for Non-Technology roles

- Focused approach on senior level hiring

- Work as Individual contributor currently but handle the team down the line

Desired Profile :

- 6-9 yrs of Non-Technology hiring experience in Online/eCommerce domain

- Start-up experience highly preferred

- Strong Team handling experience

- Good communication skills

- Good experience in hiring for senior mandates in Non-Tech space
