Hiring Lead Recruiter - IT & Non IT mix for a Leading US based Marketing Technology MNC
Mandatory : Experience in Non IT Hiring - Analytics, Digital Marketing, UI/UX etc.
Male Candidates Only.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership, human resources and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers
- Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
- Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics and industry benchmarks
- Function as in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing
- Effectively support multiple client needs and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles
- Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
- Create recruiting operational processes and practices, in partnership with Recruiting and HR leadership leading to efficiencies for the leadership team and organization
- Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices and procedures; specifically, technologies around big data, digital marketing and analytics
- Participate in the communication function including broad employee engagement (in consultation with HR); and development and reinforcement of organizational vision and priorities
- Enable and foster a high performance culture through internal and cross-group initiatives, morale events, and lead cross-team projects to optimize organizational performance and morale
- Should be well aware of digital marketing and branding practices
- Should have prior experience in college/university accreditation processes
- Should have good knowledge about the latest social media technologies
- Would be responsible for campus-to-corporate connect programs
Qualifications
- The individual must have a target of 8+ years of experience
- Past experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high volume technology or marketing environment is highly desired
- Strong excel and powerpoint expertise desired
