Job Title: Lead Recruiter.

End to End Recruitment

- Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company's own database, Job Portals i.e. Naukri, Monster, Times job & networking tools such as LinkedIn.

- Team Handling.

- Corporate Hiring, Campus Recruiting, Digital Hiring, Bulk Hiring and Senior Level Hiring.

- Volume hiring.

- Conceptualizing and strategizing the process of recruitment.

- Hiring both process and implementation.

- Strategies Campus and corporate hiring.

- Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals, mass mailing.

- Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.

- Salary and date of joining negotiations.

- Follow up with the candidates till he/she comes on board.

- Maintaining the candidate database and MIS on regular basis based on skills and experience levels.

Salary offered - 8-20 LPA
