Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:- Foster a culture of quality excellence within the QA/QC (partners & Internal) team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
- Orchestrate rigorous testing across all product stages, identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and driving corrective actions.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional (internal & partners) teams, including engineering, production, and management, to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA/QC activities, presenting findings and insights through clear and concise reports.
- Proactively identify potential quality risks, implement preventative measures, and stay updated on the latest QA/QC methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC leadership roles (bachelor's degree in engineering preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing QA/QC programs.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
- Experience with various testing methodologies and tools (e.g., manual testing, automation tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to quality improvement.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
