Lead - Project Management Officer - Bank (6-15 yrs)
Project Management Officer - Only Female Candidate
Job Role : Lead - PMO - (Only Female Candidate Needed)
Job Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Work from Client location: (Banking Client)
Job description :
- She will monitor, update, communicate, and implement project plans
- She needs to manage client expectation around delivery and associated reporting
- She will also serve as liaison among clients, technical and internal departments
- Work with different teams on the Program in order to capture and report on regular governance meetings
- Responsible to track Financials and Resources at a Program level
- Work with Program Manager / Project managers on the different workstreams in order to provide an accurate view of the Program progress
- Act as a liaison between the Program and The Client.
- Support Program lead in some of the governance to support mobilization of the newer workstreams
- Support Program lead in some of the ad hoc requests to provide information to Senior Management
- Experience working following an Agile methodology
- Work experience in a Banking and Financial Markets context
- Demonstrate a continual desire to implement strategic or optimal solutions and where possible, avoid workarounds or short-term tactical solutions
- Working with stakeholders to ensure that negative customer and business impacts are avoided
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place across the project portfolio
- Proven track record of managing other PMO/working in a large team
- Previous use of Agile tools (Confluence and JIRA)
- Use of regular PMO tools (Excel, PPT, SharePoint, MS Project)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong self-starter with strong change delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-program environment across a range of stakeholders
Required Candidate profile :
Project management processes including project scope definition, project scheduling, project planning, resource planning and allocation, stakeholder management, risk management, cost, and budget management
Must Haves :
6+ Years in :
Top 3 Mandatory Skills :
- Project management processes including project scope definition, project scheduling, project planning, resource planning and allocation, stakeholder management, risk management, cost, and budget management.
- Scrum, Agile, Jira & Waterfall.
- Complete understanding and experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Domain Experience : IT or BFSI (Minimum 2 yrs latest)
Joining time / Notice Period : Immediately to 10 Days
Education/qualification : BE, BTECH, MCA, MTECH or ME. Only
Additional Guidelines :
- Office location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai
- Ready to work from office (Mandatory)
- ISTQB Certificate is good to have.
