We are hiring Lead - PMO for our client based at Bangalore. Requirement: - Supporting the PMO Manager drive day to day project activities including project planning, managing risks & issues, benefits tracking, data management and governances across various Business Transformation initiatives. - Candidate to have at least 7+ years of experience in areas of PMO - project planning, change planning, scope, schedule and resource requirements. - Working with Business Transformation team and team across streams WFM, Risk & Compliance, Strategy, Functional PMO Finance & People Partners. - Maintain various project artifacts (plans, deliverables, backlogs, decision logs, risk logs, next steps, progress updates, meeting minutes, etc.) efficiently and in an organized manner, across the Business Transformation portfolio. - Support Governance of all Business Transformation led initiatives across various levels inclusive of developing regular status reports and governance packs on time and to agreed quality standards. - Building strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders with a view to align the scope of work and priority in a consistent manner to manage expectations. - Collaborate with natural working teams to manage resource planning (permanent & contractors), financial budgeting and planning in an efficient manner. - Share project management best practice approach across various sub-teams to ensure projects are driven with consistent resolve across the board within the Business Transformation function. - Collaborate with various enabling teams to support them with key data requirements such as people data, project data/inter-dependencies, risk & issues, cost vs. benefit information, financial trends etc.
