Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.

- Construction Techniques: Implement and incorporate the latest construction techniques and industry best practices to ensure high-quality and sustainable construction.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project objectives.

- Project Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures, ensuring that projects meet or exceed the company's standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and expenses, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Management: Interact with stakeholders, clients, and external partners to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.

- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and foster a culture of safety within the project sites.

- Contract Management: Review and negotiate project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the company's interests.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) from a reputable institution.

- Postgraduate degree or certification from NICMAR is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on luxury real estate projects.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end real estate projects within the NCR region.

- Extensive knowledge and application of the latest construction techniques and project management methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams to achieve project goals.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury
