Lead - Project Design - Real Estate

- Lead the end-to-end design and planning process for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define scope, and establish project objectives.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.

- Apply design thinking methodologies to create innovative and user-centric project solutions.

- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and address any deviations from the plan.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources.

- Foster a collaborative environment by promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative problem-solving and idea generation.

- Utilize project management software to track project status, update project documentation, and report on key metrics.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration

- Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and creative problem-solving

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
