Roles & Responsibilities

- Planning, monitoring of all project activities & resources and suggest corrective actions for timely completion of Overall Project Schedule.

- To co-ordinate the site activities with site project controls team.

- Preparation and assessment of integrated project and construction schedules and with resource Loading, conduct periodic schedule risk analysis and suggest remedial measures.

- Review and identify critical paths, monitoring baseline v/s actual and identify critical activities and monitor them.

- Co-ordinate with a multi disciplinary sub surface and surface teams for overall project schedule.

- Monitoring activities and highlighting any critical issues/anticipated delays to management for timely resolution of same.

- Responsible for field MIS activities and generation of various reports. Reports to include assessment from analytical tools like S curves, front availability, asking rates etc.

- Monitoring and control of project expenditure with approved budgets and to go costs.
