- Project Planning & Monitoring
- Delay Analysis of various projects under the program Coordinating Project Review Meetings
- Project Cost Monitoring
- Preparing Cash flows and S-Curve monitoring
- Assessment of Cost performance Index and Schedule performance Index
- Communications Management
- Design development Tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for the overall program. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and success criteria.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments for all projects within the program. Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure their implementation. Regularly communicate risk status to key stakeholders.
- Project Controls Implementation: Establish and enforce project controls mechanisms. Define and implement change control processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project controls.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage program-level financial models, including cash flow projections. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations for financial optimization.
- Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with program goals. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with project managers to address challenges and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate program status, including risks, issues, and financial performance, to stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and key stakeholders.
- Performance Analytics: Implement performance analytics, including S-Curve monitoring, to assess project and program health. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the program. Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
