Responsibilities: Program Management Lead

- Setup, manage and govern the PMO for Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation cover all the transformational projects.

- Define & Govern Project Charters, Conduct and Govern all Project Tollgate reviews and meetings. Ensure project progress, stakeholder alignment and governance.

- Establish a leading Project Management Framework. This would include stages not limited to selection, fine tuning and ensuring adoption.

- Implement an Enterprise grade Project Management tool. This would include selection, implementation and ensuring usage.

- Project Risk Assessment and Business Continuity Planning arising out of Project risks

- Lead complete communication and engagement portfolio of Digital Transformation covering all internal and external stakeholders. Working with IT leaders, engage multiple stakeholders in formulating strategy and execution across the echo system of employees, trade partners, vendors and shareholders.

- Lead "IT - Business" Engagement initiatives such as developing IT-business engagement plan, organizing business-IT meets, publishing IT regular communication for business leadership, designing and carrying out IT engagement surveys etc.

- Plan and organize all Digital Transformation related training . Audience would include Sr. Leadership, CTM's and Process owners. This will be critical to upgrading the understanding and appreciation levels to ensure not only adoption but also our wish for a continuous improvement agenda.

- As a part of PMO develop, measure and publish Digital KPl's

Procurement:

- Building Strategic Partnership/ ecosystem across IT

- Manage Contracting (SOW, NOA, SLA, Payments Terms) and Contract Governance

- Handle Vendor evaluations.

- Partner Sourcing for Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Security & innovation projects

- Manage Audit Compliances

- Manage IT TCO

- Drive Cost saving & optimization
