The Program Development team contributes majorly in delivering meaningful and transformative impact in the lives of poor in India. - The overall work around proposal development is the process entailing identification of opportunities to co-designing of programs, writing of proposals, securing mandates and transition of the mandate to the program teams. - The incumbent would be steering the Program Development team based out of our Mumbai office. She/he would be responsible for the overall management of the mandate, as described above. The work will also involve collaboration with our global team in co-development proposals. Leadership & Team Management : The role requires leading and mentoring the Program Development team to drive high quality services along with professional development of the team members. Requirements : - Graduate or Post-Graduate from premier institutions in Business Administration, Economics, or similar domains - Around 8-12 years of work experience in structured report writing in English, writing analytical reports (for e.g. sell side equity reports), business development proposals, etc. - Excellent written English, with perfect grammar and a flair for communication - Advances skills in MS Excel, comfort with numbers, understanding of preparation of budgets and business proposals - Excellent interpersonal skills with experience to work with senior leadership team. - Ability to work well within a diverse team structure with proven contribution to team goal and objectives
