The professional hiring lead advisor will work with their peers in the TA&M organisation to ensure that the business requirements are captured, understood and translated into actionable strategies.
As leader of experienced hiring professionals, they ensure the hiring demand is met in their specified business areas or region. They will play a fundamental role in ensuring that the business priorities including critical capabilities and D&I are driven throughout all delivery.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ plus years of experience and knowledge in recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency)
- Confirmed experience of the planning and implementation of end-to-end recruitment strategies across various disciplines
- Experience leading a team
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and policy
- Experience of managing and building relationships with third parties
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed global organisation
- One team mind-set - demonstrates an understanding of the value of, and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based relationships with the wider organisation, leaders & employees
- Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making
- Puts the customer and business strategy at the heart of decision making with the ability to guide leaders
- Deeply integrated to drive business solutions, not operating as a parallel function
- Consistent track record of improving and taking things to the next level
- Understanding of agile ways of working with business and P&C partners
- Proficiency in MS product suite
- Listening, influencing and communication skills
