Job Description :

Reporting into the IT head, the position will be responsible for leading a team of product and software developers, QAs, data management & design and will help in the release of Visualization tool for the community.

Client Details :

Our client is a world renowned furniture manufacturer with customers in more than 100 countries. The company is looking to hire for the position of Product Technology Manager based out of Bangalore.

Description :

The responsibilities included are the following but not restricted to :

- Lead a product development team comprising of software developers, QAs, designers and technology groups and manage their team leads

- Put together a multi skilled team (functionally and technically both)

- Leading, Coaching, Mentoring and providing oversight to the teams.

- Ensure that the delivery team is performing efficiently and within the defined framework

- Interact with stakeholders such as project and program managers and understand the road-map to help teams to achieve them

- Assist in Development/ Designing on platforms like CAD/CAM

Profile :

- B.tech/M.tech in any discipline, preferably in Mechanical

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 4 years of technical leadership experience.

- Hands on experience on CAD/CAM

- Hands on experience of Software development, design, delivery and implementation

- Should have rich project management experience. (Agile/Scrum based)

- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
