As Lead/Senior Product Manager for the organisation, own the following :
- Merchant growth, engagement and retention by way of creating new products and relentless experimentation with product and tech ideas
- Merchant onboarding, churn reduction and increasing CLTV by way of improving efficiency and automating processes
- Lowering CPA for merchants by liaisoning with marketing team and continuously driving the skew of paid and organic acquisition
- Improve merchant experience by creating personas, conducting focused groups and most importantly lots of A/B tests
- Help create customer engagement experiences
- Drive product development with a team of engineers, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business partners and other stake holders
- Create cross-platform solutions on web, mobile, app
- Lead a team of 2-3 assistant product/program managers
What you- d need to bring to the table :
- Ability to appreciate, derive and drive from the confluence of data, customer experience (needs) and technology - Product Management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making
- Prior product management experience (3-5 yrs) in Fintech products (including SaaS products) is desirable. Mobile experience (iOS, Android or WP7/Metro) is a plus
- Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces - create examples through wire frames and mock-ups
- Previous developer or entrepreneurial experience is a plus. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit is hugely welcome
- Strong project management skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and oustanding interpersonal skills (the role involves extensive stakeholder expectation and commitment management for both internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent collaborative skills as a leader
- The ability to fearlessly stand up for and fight for what is right, including consistently putting the organization's goals and needs above individual or team KPIs/KRAs and influencing the change of organizational goals/priorities if needed
