Lead - Product Manager Role & responsibilities: - Identify opportunities for innovation and value creation through digital transformation within the organization by understanding business goals, current processes, constraints, customer journeys and business roadmaps - Establish key success metrics for the product and its features, and measure them post-launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance. - Leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) Bock Chain, Mobility, Cloud etc. in order to solve business problems. - Work with Manufacturing teams to conceptualize User Centric solutions that create value beyond the pills. - Facilitate ideation, collaboration and knowledge management between stakeholders and external partners in order to enhance business value.
