Lead Product Manager - Payments

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products

2. Understand the digital payment product, ecosystem and various modes - digital

3. Work with fintech payment partners , work on partner APIs

4. Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan

5. Develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product

6. Work on managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies

7. Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources

8. Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products

9. Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing

10. Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues

11. Grow the payment throughputs for all digital ecosystem

12. Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization

13. Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvement
