Lead Product Manager at India's first & largest "neo - banking" Platform - Do you want to help half a billion people in our country today and prepares them for tomorrow? Do you want to offer them high quality, mobile-first financial products, and protect them from the tricks and traps? - We provide a platform servicing the financial needs of the blue-collared workforce of India. 400+ Million Indians lack basic financial services like credit and savings. You often find them storing money in a shoe in a corner and borrowing from local money lenders who harass them. These include your guards, maids, cab drivers, delivery guys; people that we interact with on a day to day basis. We realized that with the increase in their digital footprint, we can leverage the power of technology to find out their risk worthiness and serve them financially. We have already impacted over 30 lakh + such families through our platform and are building for the next 400 million. We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Product Manager to help us build and scale products for the lending business. What will you be building? - Build hypotheses: It starts with identifying the problems by doing in depth research with customers and cross validating it with data analysis. We are razor focused on solving the right problems - Identify solutions: You will be defining the requirements and working with a cross-functional team from design, engineering, business, marketing and support. You will identify solutions that truly solve the user problem keeping business interests in mind - Launch and iterate: No product is truly world class in the first launch. Your job is not just to launch new products but also work closely with other teams to ensure the go-to-market is completed from all sides.
