About the Role:

This position is for a Lead Product Manager Finance within the DPEx function in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have an MBA with 7-10 years of industry experience, particularly in finance domains like O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, Product Costing, Budgeting, planning, along with expertise in SAP S4, SAP BPC, Tableau, GCP, RPA, and reporting. The role involves program and delivery management, business consulting, process reengineering, and digital transformation.

About DPEx:

The DPEx team leads our digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Digitalizing the Core and Transforming with Digital. We strive for continuous process improvement and innovation across all functions, aiming to drive patient-centric innovation and efficiency. As part of this team, you will work on various projects spanning research, customer engagement, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

- Own, build, and manage technology solutions for the finance function

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define implementation roadmaps

- Initiate digital transformation/IT projects to streamline business processes

- Drive continuous business process simplification, improvement, and excellence

- Assess the impact of change and implement change management interventions

- Seek feedback from business units on IT enablement and initiate improvements

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for critical problem-solving and operational efficiencies

- Identify areas for process and technology improvements and ensure compliance with validation processes

Key Skills:

- Strong finance domain knowledge and exposure to digital technologies

- Experience in end-to-end program management and delivering digital solutions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering on-time and as per scope

- Extensive vendor and partner management experience

- Product Manager and Scrum Master certifications are preferred

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives

- Proven success in digital product development and management

- Strong educational background from reputable organizations
