Lead Product Manager - Consumer FinTech Startup

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our pioneering team as our first dedicated Product Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and roadmap: Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines feature prioritization, release timelines, and key milestones. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the product roadmap.

Feature Definition: Define product features, functionalities, and specifications, working closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

Product Development: Oversee the development and continued enhancement of products and services for consumers, ensuring they are innovative, user-friendly, and compliant with industry regulations

User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience and drive engagement, optimizing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that the product meets quality and security standards.

Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and user onboarding processes.

User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to engage users, improve user retention rates, and drive customer loyalty through product features and initiatives.
