Lead Product Manager

Job Description :

- As a Product Manager, this role is the critical glue that connects the Product Strategy with Product execution. You would be accountable for the discovery and delivery of product and solution capabilities; that serve as the vehicle for delighting caregivers, improving patient experience, and adding strategic value to- Providence business.

- You will work with one or more scrum teams to understand functional requirements, plan product increments, and continue to deliver value with every sprint.

Responsibilities :

- Understand, assess, and develop product themes in alignment with Product Strategy, to ensure product teams are working on creating the best impact.

- Define key objectives and results, and metrics for product opportunities and measure product progress to help drive future product/business decisions.

- Develop scope, define, and prioritize backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.

- Conduct market research by staying abreast with business and consumer technology trends, competitor analysis, and market offerings.

- Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment.

- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

- Partner and work closely with engineering teams to deliver value with each product release and actively engage in measuring its impact to user and business.

- Influence innovation across teams to ensure new ideas find a place in the product roadmap and drive competitive product positioning.

- Think strategically, and creatively, about how initiatives should be driven for maximum engagement and impact.

- The position is based in Hyderabad and requires collaboration with global partners in different time zones.

Skills and Qualifications :

- The ideal candidate should have 11+ years of experience, with 7+ years of product owner/management experience across B2C/B2B/B2B2C products.

- Should have 4+ years experience, in designing and delivering awesome user experiences on mobile platforms(iOS/Android).

- Demonstrated experience in talking to users, synthesis of user problems/workflows, and design thinking approach to product management.

- Working knowledge of architecture and technology stacks to be able to facilitate and engage with engineering teams.

- Experience with gathering/analyzing product usage insights using product analytics platforms like Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel.

- Ability to structure open-ended problems & derive analyses data to discover user insights.

- Ability to develop features and solution specs by translating user data & insights.

- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles.

- Familiar and comfortable with agile/scrum development methodologies.

- Solid presentation skills and experience communicating with business as well as technical audiences.

- Able to write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree preferred in an engineering discipline or an MBA with relevant industry experience.

MUST HAVES :

- 7+ years of product owner/management experience across B2C/B2B/B2B2C products.

- GTM activities on Mobile Apps (4+ years)

- Product Analytics, Design User Experience - iOS/Android, B2B/B2C Products.

- Must be ready to WFO in Hyderabad

- Must come from product-based companies only

- Must be ready for an online assessment test.
