Lead - Product Management - Healthcare/Banking/Insurance/Technology Business

"Role highlights & requirement but not limited to :

This role will be a part of a high functioning, dynamic Product Management team, critical to the success of firms' software products. He/she will be responsible for translating product strategy and market requirements into world class and uniquely differentiated products, working with customers, product development, internal clients and project teams.

Key responsibilities of the role may include:

- Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap and product schedule

- Initiate and prioritize requirements; track product development; develop and own product release schedules.

- Conduct user meets and surveys to aggregate and filter new functionality requirements and obtain feedback on product

- Define and document business requirements in the form of detailed product requirements document (PRD)

- Serve as the arbiter of quality, and decision-maker around trade-offs between features, resources, and time

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams, and coordinate with both customers and a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to deploy product

- Understand and know our customers, their challenges and how they deal with those challenges today with respect to the competitive landscape, including but not limited to program utilization, compliance, efficacy, risk, regulatory, cost implications, inefficiencies, and additional potential areas of improvement.

- Evangelizing the product vision externally and internally based on market analysis to determine actionable strategies to make our vision a reality.

- Owning not just activity but quantifiable results for a differentiated and profitable product and solution portfolio

- Ensuring FIRMs' solutions remain quick to value and easiest to use in industry.

- Steer and facilitate the strategic direction for our solution and product portfolios across Healthcare, Insurance and Banking industries.

- Define/refine product strategy and solution roadmaps through interaction with cross-functional teams while developing a thorough understanding of client needs by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews.

- Drive product innovation through the capture of internal intellectual property and developing novel approaches to solving industry challenges.

- Lead and inspire the product organizations to engage with the business and identify new functionality, develop compelling business cases, prioritize projects, and develop plans that maximize investment.

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- 8+ years of experience in Product management and service management with broad industry experience in Healthcare, Banking or Insurance

- Deep experience and a proven track record of ideating, creating, and delivering successful data focused products, solutions and capabilities.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring product management team members

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

- Prior experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven and customer-centric approach

- Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder

- Can quickly ramp up and work in cross-functional teams

- Has to work closely and collaboratively with Product Marketing, Engineering and UI design folks

- Understanding of latest web technologies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Report writing skills, which can be presented to Senior Management, customers etc.

- Capability to quickly develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of products
