- Establish short-term and long-term training and development strategies for the organization and its subsidiaries so as to align with the business need.
- Develop, plan & implement Start the Sales Training Activities in India
- Identify human resources training gap based on the effectiveness of demonstrating Core Leadership Competencies and the developmental plan of each associate as stated in the individual's performance review.
- Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training and development programs for managerial and supervisory staff in India and its subsidiaries.
- Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training programs to distributors and dealers, and which are treated as part of the marketing support initiatives.
- Maintain the quality of design, development and facilitation of all training and development programs offered by the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain post-training evaluation system to ensure training effectiveness of different programs
