- Championing Color Cosmetics technology development (Eyes, Lips, Face, Nails), Product & Pack development, Technology Transfer, 3P Scouting and Network (Local and International) and 3P Technology Briefing - Evaluation and Sign off (to meet product and pack briefs)

- Leading technology innovations for the Brand

- Demonstrate good understanding of trend dynamism from suppliers, OEM vendors to help team draw innova-tion funnels

- Lead NPDs end to end from the ideation to implementation stage as technical project leader for the Brand

- Champion value improvement opportunities for current portfolio

- Develop product strategy for design and reapply markets

- Collaborate with Consumer Technical Insights team to mine insights into product design

- Build strong supplier Network (both Product and Pack)

- Exhibit knowledge of Claims, Digital Content and Demo development

- Leading edge on regulatory, safety & quality needs for color cosmetics
