About the role : - As we expand and grow our multiple businesses, we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and help us create a fast, seamless and unified experience for our users. As a lead designer, you will own the overall app experience from the design front. You will also work closely with senior product, business & marketing stakeholders to translate vision into reality, and mentor product designers in the team. What you'll do ? 1. Work on defining the digital product experience of heavily interlinked services and features used across the ecosystem(mobility, quick commerce, EV, auto retail, and more). For example, profile, payments, offers, and support. 2. Take ownership of the design system (including systematic updates and documentation). Also, work closely with engineering to ensure smooth design-dev collaboration. 3. Work closely with business and marketing teams define UX and visual design guidelines for app merchandising properties for conversion, communication, promotion and engagement. 4. Create/redefine experience for product's discovery, activation/purchase journeys and eventual management, in a way that is transparent, personalized and easy to understand. 5. Proactively take new initiatives to improve product experience & customer lifecycle by closely understanding the gaps in existing systems and aligning other stakeholders. 6. Translate complex problems into meaningful chunks of actionable items for subordinates to act upon and share feedback to designers to continually raise the bar of quality. 7. Refine process of design execution, delivery and cross-collaboration. About you : 1. Have experience of building 0-1 products in a fast-paced environment. 2. Have a sharp understanding of visual design, interaction design and prototyping. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Bonus if you have previously worked on ecommerce and mobility products. 5. Should definitely have a great playlist.
