Lead Product Designer - BFS

We are looking for UX/ UI Designers to create meaningful and user friendly digital products/ platforms

- The candidate will spend time with talented designers, products managers, engineers and other stake holders. Together you'll try to understand the business goals of the projects/products and, more often than not, meet the stakeholders to redefine the problem statement.

- Leading all the design initiatives for digital platforms which includes client facing and enterprise platforms.

- Leading hands on designing and also leading the product designers to come up with solutions and design that solve user and business problems.

- Will meet stakeholders from different departments and articulate your ideas clearly

- To prepare for meetings that need to check the latest relevant data.

- The team will not just design products but also create design systems which further help developing great products

Experience and Skills required :

- Strong hands on control on UX & UI design and designing software.

- 8+ years of experience in products design.

- A degree from premium design institute.
