Lead Product Designer- Gurgaon

This role is perfect for somebody who is excited by the challenges of solving big problems with huge impact for our customers in a fast-paced start-up environment within financial services.

Industry experience in financial services and/or personal loans is a bonus but not a requirement.

Experience- 5 to 10 years

Salary- Upto 70 LPA

- As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be leading design within one of our cross-functional teams where problem-solving, ideation and research will be your day-to-day.

Here are some of the expectations of this role:

- Comfortable being a part of a cross-functional team and leading a specific work-stream, working especially close with the product manager

- Develop a deep understanding of the Company business and the industry in which we operate and use that understanding to assess the impact of business decisions made on the customer experience

- Able to lead user research that exposes the whole team to our users, preparing methodologies and scripts, conducting interviews and running synthesis of findings to ensure tangible learnings and next steps

- Continuously learning about our customers goals, the businesses requirements and the constraints we might have

- You're able to design not only at the screen level but also across an entire user journey, considering navigation and information architecture

- Can visualise and prototype to effectively conceptualise and communicate customer interactions and behaviours

- Have experience in interaction design for complex processes and be able to design user journeys in a way that are simple and intelligent (It is a bonus if you have visual design skills that allow you to design more refined user interfaces)

- You're proactive and always looking at opportunities to improve the customer experience through user testing, data or stakeholder feedback

- You'll have solid communication skills and have a strong ability to facilitate collaborative workshops and ideation sessions with cross-discipline teams that will sometimes include management-level stakeholders

- You can be an evangelist within the business for focusing on the customer. It might not happen everyday, but you're diligent in us getting towards that state.

- Skilled at presenting objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner to gather feedback and buy-in

- We need someone that can stand on their own two feet and doesn't need a lot of mentoring.

- Having practical experience that'll help you achieve the objectives above is a must.
